Necklace

Here is my very first "jewelry design". It's nothing spectacular, very simple really, but I must say it was FUN to make! Too bad my jewelry making skills stinks, the necklace actually broke apart in the middle of dinner yesterday ---OOPS--! note to self: take some jewelry making classes in the near future.

New!... kinda.

Yay! I just bought myself a new digital camera! Well, it's not exactly new, but I'm buying it off a friend for $60! She's moving to HK in a few months and is getting rid of some stuff. It's the Sony DSCF707 Cyber-shot digital camera. Expect to see more photographs from me - hahaha, we'll see.

Bulletin Board

I had some time to play around with my camera today.. so i thought about sharing a few of my favourite things that's on my bulletin board. Let see, from left to right is...

a crochet coaster made by my Oma (grandma).
a swipe bookstore metal tag (one of my fave stores)
a paper slip from Holland ( i like the illustration)
a bamboo keychain from Bali, from a friend
a small trinket from a friend's recent trip to Japan
a print of a photo of my dad that i used for "who's your daddy" game at my old workplace (for father's day)

AND below
is a snippet of my very messy table, filled with stuff i took down from the bulletin board, ha! :)

Wait for me!!

I'm lagging in the posts... but I promise I'll post something tonight! About what?... you guessed it, FOOD! My goal is to become a great undercover chef one day - only known to my family and friends! Right now, I'm simply an amateur wanna-be...

One day!

Sunday School Jr High Class

This was taken over the summer. All 12 kids were very good sport when we took these, they made up the poses themselves :)

Tea Time

It was cloudy & gloomy out, so what better time to unwind and have some tea. I had a cup of green tea accompanied with a wheat crisp bread topped with forest fruit flavoured hagel (sprinkles from holland), yum.
